Exposing Project Serpo – 1965 Human (US)/Alien Exchange Program

Are you aware of the human – alien exchange program that was agreed upon between two races way back year 1965? On that year the US government carefully selected 12 military personnel; ten men and two women. They

were trained, vetted and carefully removed from the military system. The
12 were skilled in various specialties.

Steven Spielberg’s movie “Close Encounter of the Third Kind” was actually a re-enactment of the exchange program when a military personnel, who knew of the Serpo Project, imparted their knowledge to Spielberg.

Serpo, is an Earth-size planet with a population of around 650-thousand alien beings known in UFOlogy as EBENs (Extraterrestrial Biological ENtity). An EBEN who survived the Roswell UFO Crash was said to have used a communication device to set up the exchange.

This exchange program was exposed by a certain Request Anonymous.

Read RA statement below:

“I am a retired employee of the U.S. Government. I won’t go into any great details about my past, but I
was involved in a special program.

As for Roswell, it occurred, but not like the story books tell.
There were two crash sites. One southwest of Corona, New Mexico and the
second site at Pelona Peak, south of Datil, New Mexico.

The crash involved two extraterrestrial aircraft. The Corona site
was found a day later by an archaeology team. This team reported the
crash site to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s department. A deputy arrived
the next day and summoned a state police officer. One live entity [EBE]
was found hiding behind a rock. The entity was given water but declined
food. The entity was later transferred to Los Alamos.

The information eventually went to Roswell Army Air Field. The site
was examined and all evidence was removed. The bodies were taken to Los
Alamos National Laboratory because they had a freezing system that
allowed the bodies to remain frozen for research. The craft was taken to
Roswell and then onto Wright Field, Ohio.

The second site was not discovered until August 1949 by two
ranchers. They reported their findings several days later to the sheriff
of Catron County, New Mexico. Because of the remote location, it took
the sheriff several days to make his way to the crash site. Once at the
site, the sheriff took photographs and then drove back to Datil.

Sandia Army Base, Albuquerque, New Mexico was then notified. A
recovery team from Sandia took custody of all evidence, including six
bodies. The bodies were taken to Sandia Base, but later transferred to
Los Alamos.

The live entity established communications with us and provided us
with a location of his home planet. The entity remained alive until
1952, when he died. But before his death, he provided us with a full
explanation of the items found inside the two crafts. One item was a
communication device. The entity was allowed to make contact with his

Somehow, I never knew this information, but a meeting date was set
for April 1964 near Alamogordo New Mexico. The Aliens landed and
retrieved the bodies of their dead comrades. Information was exchanged.
Communication was in English. The aliens had a translation device.”

Want Proof of Aliens?

Do you want to see what an alien is? Is Roswell crash real? Are aliens here? Questions that might be answered in a place where all issues, questions and hypothesis about aliens are featured.

A report by El Paso Times in Mexico said the Roswell Exhibit now on display through the Halloween would show the truth about the UFOs and Extraterrestrials.

It’s all there in black and white — at least for those who believe in such things. In the summer of 1947, a UFO allegedly crashed near Roswell. For those who believe in UFOs, it was the undeniable proof of the existence of Unidentified Flying Objects, which was subsequently covered up by the government.

And for those who don’t believe, it was all an elaborate misunderstanding.El Pasoans can judge for themselves by visiting the Roswell Exhibit, on display through Oct. 31 at the Art Junction, 500 W. Paisano.

“A lot of people ask me ‘Do you believe?’ and I tell them to look at the faces of the people involved and read their testimony and to make up their own minds,” said Albert Acosta of the El Paso Natural History Museum who worked with the UFO museum in Roswell to create the traveling exhibit. The exhibit features large canvas photographs, sculptures and replica artifacts.

The exhibit shows different items that document when the crash was called a UFO crash by the government to subsequent claims by the government that it was not a UFO but debris from a weather balloon. Also included in the exhibit are a cast of the alien prop used in the Showtime movie “Roswell,” as well as toys inspired by the UFO phenomenon.

“I think of it as American mythology,” said Marty Martin, who is co-director of the El Paso Natural History Museum with Acosta. “It is a popular subject, like paleontology.”The exhibit has drawn inquiries elsewhere in the country after record-breaking attendance at the Southwest Florida Museum of History in Fort Myers, Fla., where it was previously displayed.

“As a result of the show in Florida, we’ve been contacted with inquiries about the exhibit possibly being displayed at the Harry S. Truman Presidential Library and the Strategic Air and Space Museum for the 60th anniversary of the Roswell crash in 2007,” Martin said.

Michael Alford, president of the El Paso Art Association, which is hosting the exhibition, said his organization is happy to have an exhibit that fascinates so many people.”Either you are sold and believe in UFOs or you don’t,” Alford said. “There is no gray area. It’s unique for us to host it because as artists, we use our imaginations every day.

With this exhibit, we ask people to open their minds.”Alford said that with Halloween coming up, it allows the imagination of people to run wild, making visiting the exhibit more fun and exciting. One portion of the exhibit shows how UFOs are neither a recent nor strictly American phenomenon.

“Here in this painting of the Virgin Mary with child, there is a shepherd and a dog in the background drawing your attention to what the artist really wanted you to see,” Martin said, pointing to the oval-shaped flying disc in the sky blown up to a larger size next to the complete replica painting from the Middle Ages.

Liz Gaidry recently visited the exhibit.”I thought it was very, very interesting, from the newspaper clippings to the radio broadcast,” Gaidry said. “Whether there are UFOs or not, it’s a great mystery. Some days I think this is probably true.

Then when my logical mind takes over, I think it isn’t true. It depends on which day you ask me.”Though Acosta doesn’t outright say he believes in UFOs, he said he understands why it might be necessary for those in power to not want us to know that UFOs and aliens exist.

“Can you imagine what would happen to the economy? What would happen to our religious beliefs? What would happen if each of us realized we are a progeny of something else? What would that do to the world?” Acosta asked.

Roswell UFO Crash, The Second Incident

1st UFO CRASH 1941 CAPE GIRARDEAUMany among us would think that UFO crash in Roswell, New Mexico was the first in the Earth’s history. That might be the second incident after a person named Charlette Mann revealed her knowledge about a crash – complete with debris and alien bodies – that have taken place in Cape Girardeau, Missouri in 1941.

Hal Mckenzie writes in cosmictribune.com about Charlette Mann, who claimed her grandfather, Rev. William Huffman, went to the crash site to “bless” three dead aliens (extraterrestrials).

Mann learned this from the deathbed confession of her grandmother in 1984. She was told that her grandfather Huffman was called to the site, where he saw police, firemen, FBI agents and photographers.

“I saw a photograph of one of the dead aliens and asked my grandmother at a later time. She was at my home fatally ill with cancer so we had a frank discussion,” Mann said.

Rev. Huffman described the object, as a saucer-shaped craft that was metallic in color, no seams, did not look like anything he had seen. It had been broken open in one portion, and so he could walk up and see that. In looking in he saw a small metal chair, gauges and dials and things he had never seen.

Mann’s grandfather was impressed about the inscriptions and writings around the inside of the craft, which he did not recognize, but were similar to Egyptian hieroglyphs.

Huffman saw three entities or non-human beings, lying on the ground. Two were just outside the ship, and a third one was further out. His understanding was that perhaps the third one was not dead on impact.

“As I recall from the picture I saw, the alien was about four feet tall, appeared to have no bone structure, soft looking. He had a suit on, or we assume it was a suit, it could have been his skin, and that looked like crinkled, soft aluminum foil. I recall it had a very long hands, very long fingers…” Mann explained.

Mann also disclosed that the picture she saw was passed down to her father, Guy Huffman, who later gave it to photographer Walter Fisk around 1953-55.

To help fellow investigators follow the trail of the incident, UFO researcher Stanton Friedman found Fisk in New Mexico, but so far, Fisk has refused to respond to his phone calls or letters.
